Welcome to the Shipping and Delivery Information page!

 

Here you can get acquainted with useful information on terms and conditions of our goods delivery.

 

We have a FLAT RATE applied to our carriers.

Our systems allow you to purchase your items on our online shop and ship them directly to your choice of destination. We try and use the best carriers suited for the relevant country in an effort to get your order to you on time.

 

Due to impacts from the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we are currently on a PRE-ORDER timeline. This means we require a 1 WEEK lead time on current stock items to be added to the estimated shipping time.

ONLY CONFIRMED orders will be shipped the following business day ONCE stock is received. An email notification will be sent out with a tracking number once your order has been received and shipped. Please note that orders are processed Monday to Friday ONLY. Orders that are placed on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
